Rohit C N Kashyap, has over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in socio-economic and institution development, policy and governance, and nation building through the public sector; strategic planning and execution for the private sector internationally, including America, Europe, South Asia, Middle East & Africa.
As an Advisor and stakeholder in companies, he leads opportunities for collaboration, development and growth in multiple geographies by bridging local knowledge with international expertise, and through the power of networks. As part of the executive management of globally recognized companies, he has led projects of varying scales - from transportation infrastructure, industrial and SEZs, to housing, tourism, media, healthcare and education. Rohit promotes and manages collaborations between government, investors, industry, and the public to create sustainable stakeholder value.
Rohit is associated with seminal Public Investment Fund (the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Saudi Arabia) - Vision 2030 projects. His projects have received widespread coverage in publications that include the New York Times, Boston Globe, and The Times of India. He has lived, studied and worked in Asia, the Middle East, America, and Europe. Rohit has a Bachelors from the School of Planning & Architecture, India, and a Masters from Arizona State University, and is a Sloan Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, from where he received a Masters in Business Administration.
Abner Lima de Oliveira, has for over two decades, been building successful capital projects in South America, South Asia, and Africa with the aid of his industry knowledge and deft management of human capital. As CEO of Geoplan4.Africa, he has managed Private Equity projects in the construction, mining, and agriculture sectors. He is adept at operations management, and investor and government relations.
Abner is experienced in creating and managing expert networks in project-based initiatives, for consulting, planning, and implementation of real-world functional and operational structures. As an entrepreneur and investor himself, he has overseen the creation and operation of companies in multiple fields.
As CIO of Maza Investimentos, a wealth management firm, he is intimately involved in deals in capital and commodity based projects. During the first decade of his career, as Vice President of Topocart Engineering, he led the expansion of the company in new global markets and sectors. Abner is a Sloan Fellow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received a M.Sc. in Management Technology.
